We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
To start a return, please email us at hello@joyparke.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our customer care team will respond within 1 business day with the next steps, including a return shipping label (if applicable).

Please do not send your item back without emailing us first. Unconfirmed returns may not be processed.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
We do not accept returns for:
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Personalized or custom products
Items not in original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@joyparke.com within 5 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and your order number so we can make it right as quickly as possible—whether that means a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Exchanges:
Joy Parke does not accept exchange. The fastest way to get the right item is to return the one you have (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
Shipping Costs:
Please note that we will not cover the shipping costs.
No restocking fee will be charged.
Final Notes:
We currently only accept returns for items purchased directly from joyparke.com.
For third-party or retail purchases, please reach out to the place of purchase.
All returns must be confirmed by email before shipping them back. We’ll provide the correct return address during the return process.
