You will receive a unique referral code. When someone makes a purchase on our website using your code, you will earn a commission on that sale. Payouts are typically made on a monthly basis.

While a welcome gift isn't guaranteed, ambassadors have many opportunities to earn free products by advancing through our reward tiers and participating in campaigns and contests.

A. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Joy Parke Ambassador Program (“Program”) by Joy Parke (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying to and participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

B. Eligibility & Application

• Applicants must be 18 years or older
• We reserve full discretion to accept or reject applications.
• Once accepted, each Ambassador receives a unique referral link or code.
• Only one active Ambassador link or code per person is allowed. Violating this may result in termination and loss of pending commissions.

C. Commissions & Rewards

• Ambassadors earn a commission of 10% of net sales generated through their link/code. Net sales exclude taxes, shipping, and gift wrapping.
• Commissions are paid according to our then-current payment schedule and method.
• No additional compensation—cash or equity—is owed beyond what’s described here.

D. Use of Ambassador Link/Code

Permitted Uses:

• Share your referral code/link via social media, email, or influencer content.
• Within the tone and values of Joy Parke’s brand.

Prohibited Uses:

• Posting on public coupon sites or paid advertising channels.
• Using misleading or false claims to promote products.
• Any other use not explicitly approved by Joy Parke.
  

E. Behavior & Brand Representation

By participating, you represent and warrant that:

• You have legal capacity to participate.
• Your content will be tasteful and align with Joy Parke’s brand values.
• You will not engage in harassment, hate speech, or defamation.
• You will not infringe on any third-party rights.

F. Confidentiality

• You may receive proprietary information (e.g., upcoming product launches or campaigns).
• You are expected to keep such information confidential and not disclose it without written permission.
• Excludes information already publicly known or independently obtained.

G. Term & Termination

• We may modify or terminate your participation or the Program at any time, with or without notice.
• If terminated, you will receive a final commission report and any earned payments per our payment policy—provided no breaches occurred.
• Any commissions forfeited due to policy violations will not be paid.

H. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joy Parke and our affiliates against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of your link/code.

I. No Publicity or Endorsement

• Unless explicitly agreed upon, you may not use Joy Parke’s trademarks, logos, or branding in your own marketing beyond referencing the Program.
• The Program does not imply endorsement or employment by Joy Parke.

J. Modification of Term

• Joy Parke may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation signifies your acceptance of changes.
• Significant changes will be communicated by email or via our Ambassador platform.

K. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms are the complete agreement; they override any prior discussions.
• Severability: If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains effective.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
